CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
- Any cancellation will receive a refund minus a $30 cancellation fee
- Pro-rated price refunds will be given for incomplete and/or upcoming lessons
- There will be no refunds given for passed lessons
- Days missed for any reason cannot be refunded or credited
- No more than 1 make-up lessons will be authorized
- Make-up lessons will only be provided under emergency situations or illness with 24 hours notice
Rain Days
Credits will be given upon cancellation of outdoor classes due to weather conditions. Email and text confirmations will be sent by 8AM the morning of said lesson
