Bullying and Inappropriate Behaviour Policy

At TAC Sports, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, aggressive behavior, or inappropriate conduct—whether physical, verbal, or social.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Physical aggression or intimidation
  • Verbal harassment or teasing
  • Exclusion, manipulation, or other social bullying
  • Any behavior that negatively impacts the well-being of others

How We Handle Incidents

We approach behavior concerns with careful consideration, clear communication, and firm boundaries.

In most cases:

  • The camper will be pulled aside by a senior member of staff.
  • A group discussion is held to review behavior expectations and promote understanding.
  • The camper’s parent(s) or guardian(s) will be called and informed of the situation.
  • If appropriate, the camper may be sent home for the day but given the opportunity to return following review.

In more serious situations, or if the behavior poses a risk to others or significantly disrupts the camp environment, immediate removal from the program may occur, without a second chance.

In these cases, a refund for the remaining portion of the program will be issued minus a $45 administration fee.

Our Commitment

Our goal is to foster not only a fun camp experience, but also to teach respect, empathy, and leadership. Every child deserves a space where they feel safe, supported, and empowered—and we’re committed to upholding that standard every day.
