The daily activities include multi-sport training and other activities such as arts and crafts, camp songs, and low-organizational games where campers learn fundamental social and movement skills. Our program fosters creativity and imagination while building the foundation for future sports success.

Learn To Bike & Adventure Camp:

Our TAC Biking Program is designed for all skill levels, ranging from the fundamentals to more advanced cycling knowledge. This program will focus on developing confidence and technical skills, with an emphasis on promoting road safety. Programming consists of fun and stimulating games in a safe and supervised environment.

Students will develop fundamental skills such as safety, balance, pedalling, braking, steering, and general biking knowledge. The programming serves to build upon the basic principles of cycling to cultivate a passion for the sport either recreationally or competitively.

We apply the 5-Star Development system to all of our programs. This system gives students 5 measurable levels to achieve with specific criteria outlined. It is specifically designed to increase motivation, knowledge retention, goal-setting skills, and development. This system is unique and distinguishes TAC Sports from other camps.

About camp

Our TAC Soccer program is designed for all skill levels; ranging from the fundamentals to the refinement of the most advanced techniques. Programming focuses on individual skills and on increasing children’s self-confidence. Programming consists of fun skill games, soccer matches, and thorough practices.

Students start with basic techniques such as dribbling, passing and shooting, and move towards advanced techniques such as strategy, 1v1 dribbling, and positioning. Further skills are also developed such as ball control, ball possession, tackling, positional sense, guarding the ball, and support play. Specialized training for goalkeepers is provided at more advanced levels.

We apply the 5-Star TAC Soccer Development System to all of our soccer programs. This system gives students 5 measurable levels to achieve with specific criteria outlined. It is specifically designed to increase motivation, knowledge retention, goal-setting skills, and development. This system is unique and distinguishes TAC Sports from other camps.

Our competitive soccer camps are developed for players with experience playing soccer. 

Experienced coaches take our advanced campers through mastery of ball control, defence, and offensive skill sets on both feet. 

Our philosophy underlines the quantity of huge amount of quality reps with accuracy, speed and pressure utilization in a step-by-step method. 

High-level skills, strategies and techniques are reviewed as the week progresses, utilizing top coaching methods and a huge range of quality and quantity of practice. 

Each player is measured meticulously in practice metrics throughout the week, and the programming alters to complement their confidence momentum.

This summer, your child will experience the best of both worlds, immersing themselves in the energetic beats of hip-hop and popular tunes during the morning dance sessions, and mastering the fundamentals of gymnastics in the afternoons.

Our dynamic dance program is designed to cover various dance styles, with a particular focus on hip hop with jazz influence to popular modern songs. Welcome to our Swim and Multi-Sport Summer Camp, where we’ve crafted a dynamic full-day program to cater to the diverse interests and energy levels of our campers. Our Learn to Swim session focuses on refining swimming skills, instilling water safety principles, and building endurance. Campers progress through the Lifesaving Society levels, ensuring a comprehensive and skill-oriented approach to aquatic activities.

Our Learn-to-Swim program and Lifesaving Society alignment ensure a structured approach to swimming skill development and water safety awareness throughout the week, with students given enough time in the pool to pass from level to level over the course of one week. 

Our Multi-Sport session offers a huge variety of options to keep campers active and engaged. Whether it’s team sports, individual pursuits, or unique challenges, our multi-sport program provides a broad spectrum of activities designed to foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for staying active.
