Our Beach Volleyball program is designed to develop players from introductory to advanced levels in a fun and competitive outdoor setting. Athletes will train in the fundamentals of doubles beach volleyball, focusing on essential skills such as attacking, defending, blocking, serving, and passing.
Campers will also learn beach-specific strategies, movement techniques, and positioning to maximize their performance on the sand. Whether they are new to the sport or experienced players looking to refine their skills, our program offers a challenging and supportive environment. Participants will be grouped by age and skill level to ensure optimal development and enjoyment.
To ensure the well-being of all participants, a nurse is on-site at all times.

Soccer Camp
About camp
Our TAC Soccer program is designed for all skill levels; ranging from the fundamentals to the refinement of the most advanced techniques. Programming focuses on individual skills and on increasing children’s self-confidence. Programming consists of fun skill games, soccer matches, and thorough practices.
Students start with basic techniques such as dribbling, passing and shooting, and move towards advanced techniques such as strategy, 1v1 dribbling, and positioning. Further skills are also developed such as ball control, ball possession, tackling, positional sense, guarding the ball, and support play. Specialized training for goalkeepers is provided at more advanced levels.
We apply the 5-Star TAC Soccer Development System to all of our soccer programs. This system gives students 5 measurable levels to achieve with specific criteria outlined. It is specifically designed to increase motivation, knowledge retention, goal-setting skills, and development. This system is unique and distinguishes TAC Sports from other camps.
We are dedicated to a mission of taking campers to the highest level of competition. Campers that progress to an advanced level may be invited to tryout for our competitive soccer academy, Toronto Athletic FC Academy (www.tacacademy.ca).
- Regular running shoes will suffice, cleats are not required. However, if your camper chooses to wear cleats, please pack additional running shoes for your camper to switch into when going for lunch as to not ruin their cleats.

Competitive soccer camp requires the camper to have experience in playing the game. Competitive soccer will focus on technical skills, tactical understanding, physical fitness, and mental preparation, where as regular soccer will focus on introducing skills and tactics.
