TAC Sports 5-Star Development System: Building Skills, Confidence, and Character

The TAC Sports 5-Star Development System is a unique framework designed to help young athletes grow both in sports and in life. This system supports children as they progress through different skill levels, while also boosting their confidence, motivation, and self-awareness.

The Five Levels of Development

The system is built around five progressive levels, each designed to challenge students and help them build their skills step-by-step:

Star® (Beginner): Focus on learning basic techniques and repetition of core skills.

Shooting Star® (Beginner–Intermediate): Development of new skills and early gameplay experience.

Superstar® (Intermediate): Mastering foundational skills and learning advanced techniques.

Megastar® (Intermediate–Advanced): Emphasis on strategy, teamwork, and positioning.

TAC-Star® (Advanced): High-level gameplay, quick decision-making, and peak performance.

Each level includes 50 unique skills tailored to the specific sport your child is learning.

Student Progress Tracking

TAC Sports uses personalized progress tracking for every student. This includes:

Individual accounts

Reports on strengths and areas to improve

Notes from coaches

History of completed programs

This tracking follows your child through all TAC Sports programs—day camps, overnight camps, weekly lessons, and competitive academies—so their progress is always connected.
