Camp Description – Swimming and Fitness

Swimming and Fitness (Ages 6-12) Half-Day

Available for 1 hour during camp. Children will be in the pool with certified instructors and there will be 2 lifeguards on duty at all times.Campers that are not strong swimmers will have life jackets and will not be able to enter the deep end without passing a swim test.

Multi-Sport and Fitness: When not in the pool, students will be in a group together doing multi-sport and fitness training. Students will do a mixture of running, ultimate frisbee, soccer, basketball and other popular sports.

This programming is the perfect mix of swimming and fitness, giving children time to unwind and relax and play in the water – a great bonus during intense days of camp!

Fitness Schedule 1:00PM – 2:30PM, 3:30PM-4:00PM

Swim Schedule
